ROBOTECH: INVASION

Click For Larger Image     Robotech's New Generation (Mospeada) launches into action as a large scale war erupts against the Invid in ROBOTECH: INVASION, a 5-issue miniseries written by Jay Faerber & Ken Siu-Chong with art by Takeshi Miyazawa and Omar Dogan! Issue #1 features two covers: one by legendary Mospeada designer and Final Fantasy artist Yoshitaka Amano (SANDMAN: DREAM HUNTERS), and a second by Cully Hamner (RED, BATMAN: TENSES)!

     In the year 2038, Earth has fallen to the fearsome forces of the mysterious Invid race, and Admiral Hunter's expeditionary force is about to unleash its first strike to reclaim their homeworld! Lieutenant Lance Belmont, also known as "Lancer," is a young hotshot pilot at the forefront of this audacious plan, which will unfold in unexpected directions with intrigue, treachery and explosive mecha action!

     Plus, each issue of ROBOTECH: INVASION will feature a chapter of the Macross Saga adventure “Mars Base One,” which takes place 35 years earlier as the United Earth forces begin building the first top-secret colony on Mars. Karl Riber, protege of the legendary Dr. Lang and the first fiance of Lisa Hayes, leads the construction of this immense new scientific base with technology retrieved from the SDF-1. However, Riber will uncover a covert military plot that could spark war with the Zentraedi much sooner than expected!
